The members of the club are organised into groups according to their age, ability, experience and individual needs. Although the classes are usually seperated according to similar age groups, we may move memebrs into different classes in order to reflect other factors such as ability.

We run classes at the following times every Saturday(with some minor exceptions)

10:00 - 11:00 (4-6 years)
11:00 - 12:00 (6-8 years)
12:00 - 13:00 (8-10 years)
13:00 - 14:00 (11+ years)
14:00 - 15:30 (Competitive team)

Fees are paid every 10 weeks at a cost of 55 (Seniors 65). If your child starts part way through a term then the fees will be equal to the amount of weeks left in the term (5.50 per week) Cash only please, we cannot accept cheques or cards. Insurance is paid once a year at a cost of 20. This must be paid before your child starts at the club and even if they start part way through the year then the 20 must still be paid as it runs September to September. All new gymnasts must have their fees and insurance paid in full on the first day of starting the club before the child is allowed on the floor.

Ballysillan Gymnastics club do not offer trial days.

We ask parents to re-enrol their child/children approx 2 weeks before the end of term. A note will be sent home with children informing you of dates and fees due and we will post all the information on Facebook. If you are late re-enrolling your child and haven't made any contact with us then unfortunately we cannot keep their place open as we have so many children on all our waiting lists eager to join the club.

We do not ask that your child gets a club leotard until they have been with us for a term, to insure they want to stay and save you wasting money! Leotards can be ordered from us at a cost of 35 (inc shorts) and we usually have a good amount in stock. Leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt is suitable in the meantime. Please, no jewellery or watches & hair tied back for health and safety reasons.

A spectator gallery is provided overlooking the main hall. There is no provision for parents or spectators in the main hall.

Any questions or problems please do not hesitate to contact any of our admin team or coaches as we are all here to help.

How to join

Please understand that spaces within the club are limited and as such we keep a waiting list for perspective members.

If you would like to register yourself or your children for a place within the club please contact Sarah on the mobile number above. You will be able to leave your contact details and son/daughters/ information with her to add to our waiting list.

Also please be aware that the age information for the classes as given above, is intended to be used as a guideline. We will try to accommodate where possible and we may move gymnasts up through classes more quickley where they show early advanced ability and a keen interest.

If you would like more information on joining or would like to see the club for yourself, come down and see us on a Saturday morning and make yourself known to one of our coaches during the intervals between classes.
